Hi, my name is Daniel Buckley.

 

I am a Nashville, TN native that has a passion for fitness and health.  About 10 years ago, I was a scrawny 145lb 5’11 video game nerd that had zero self-confidence and no idea how to fix it.

 

I desperately wanted to gain muscle and look fit, but I had no idea what to do in a gym, much less what the right things to eat were for my goals. I spent a few years taking spin classes, swimming, and messing around with weights resulting in little to no results. I was so frustrated.

So, I started researching. Lord, help me.

 

I dove into every possible fitness and nutrition forum out there and was SO confused! Intermittent fasting, low carbs, Keto, fasted cardio, protein, strength training, hypertrophy training, overtraining, undertraining, recovery, ‘WHAT?!’  Way too much information. I’d watch guys in the gym that looked really fit and try to copy what they were doing, but I didn’t realize they might not have had the same goals, proper form, experience, etc.

I started Body By Buckley with the purpose of taking the confusion out of achieving your goal physique.  As someone who loves to socialize and have my fair share of cocktails, I knew there had to be a way to have an Instagram-worthy physique, while still enjoying my life.

After working with hundreds of clients around the country (and world), I have nailed down that formula to ensure you achieve the results you want AND maintain them.
